Clarification on Indian Citizenship 

The Government of India has issued an important clarification regarding proof of Indian citizenship. Official ID cards such as Aadhaar, PAN, and Ration Card DO NOT confirm Indian citizenship. 

As per the latest guidelines, only the following documents will be considered valid proof of citizenship: Voter ID along with
